History and Location of Main Street Square Condominium Association of Royal Oak, Michigan
Main Street Square was built in 1993 on 3.5-arce site by Crosswinds Communities just south of downtown Royal Oak.
This project started metor Detroit's current vogue for Townhouses. The Condominiums targeted first-time buyers --
about 1,000-1,270 square feet with prices that started in the $85,000-$120,000 range, with resale prices for the
units typically going for much higher in today's market. The community comprises of 124 units in 12 buildings.
All units were sold prior to completion of the project. Important dates: May 1993, Construction begins.
February 1995, Construction completed.
